I am an extremely, competent, positive and enthusiastic person and I enjoy interacting with people that have different cultures and backgrounds. I like to help other people and feel that one of my strong points is my uplifting personality. The reason I become a counsellor is to give people hope. I have 14 years’ experience working with children, adults, families and couples.
I absolutely love what I do. I consider it a tremendous privilege to have helped and worked alongside so many people who have undergone personal growth and development, making sustainable changes to their lives for the better. The counselling sessions can help you to understand, to acknowledge and to explore the difficulties. You may change them on lessons, new goals / targets which may bring you calm and happiness.
I can offer Person Centred Therapy, Integrative Therapies, Systemic Therapy (Couple and Family) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I am an experienced therapist working in private practice, with a wide range of clients, issues, situations and circumstances. I worked before in schools, drug and alcohol rehab, occupational health (EAP and assessments) and private practice. I have a special interest on Relationship / Couple Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Loss / Grief Therapy, Anxiety and Depression Therapy.
